Report Form for Illegal and Harmful Content on the Internet

(Updated: April 1, 2009)

When you find illegal and harmful content on the Internet, please report its URL and related information by using the following form. The report will be forwarded to police and then to administrators of sites if we judge it is illegal. If we judge it is not illegal but harmful for public safety and social order, the report will be forwarded only to administrators of sites.

Illegal Information
	Obscene Related Information
	Publicly displaying obscene materials such as sexual organ photos
	Publicly displaying child pornography
	Advertisement in violation of prostitution prevention law
	Enticement in violation of dating site regulation law

	Drug Related Information
	Openly, stirred or enticed conducts on abuse of regulated drug
	Advertisement of regulated drugs

	Bank Transfer Fraud (Remittance Soliciting Fraud) Related Information
	Enticement of buying and selling of bank accounts
	Enticement of anonymous rental or transfer of mobile phones without notice

Harmful Information (Information Against Public Safety and Social Order)
	Information which directly and explicitly contracts, mediates or invites for illegal conducts as follows: Information on buying and selling of guns Production of explosives An offer of child pornography Forgery of official documents Direct and explicit contract, mediation and invitation for murder or threat and so on
	Information which is difficult to judge illegal but seems to be illegal in regard to eight types of the illegal information shown above (Example: Displaying child pornography)
	Information related to suicide invitation to other persons (Invitation to group suicide)
